Against the backdrop of the national goal of peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality at 30-60, distributed photovoltaics, as an important branch of the new energy field, are flourishing. As of the end of the third quarter of 2023, the total installed capacity of distributed photovoltaics has exceeded 225GW. To adapt to the new development, Boyang Energy has reshaped the second-generation leadership collective, formed a stable and effective 3-person management team, improved the governance structure, strengthened the efficient connection between decision-making and execution, and achieved the company's development goals. In addition, Boyang Energy has initiated the operation of its business unit system and established five major business units, including the EPC business unit, marketing center (business unit), optical storage business unit, charging pile business unit, and microgrid business unit. In order to build internal core competitiveness and accelerate technological breakthroughs, Boyang Energy has optimized its design institute into an engineering design institute and a research and development design institute, starting to promote leading technological development. Boyang Energy has accumulated sufficient R&D and practical experience, possesses numerous photovoltaic technology patents, and is particularly skilled in specific design, which can flexibly adapt to personalized buildings. Currently, the company has completed more than 1500 design projects for different types. In terms of flexible supports, gas modeling structures, cost optimization control, and industrial engineering, the use of the building's own structure cleverly solves the problem of roof load, and through photovoltaic+fusion, illuminates multi scenario photovoltaic applications, injecting strong impetus into the company's deep cultivation in the distributed photovoltaic field.
