2.59 yuan/watt!!! Boyang Energy won the bid for the flexible support EPC project

Boyang Energy once again demonstrates its innovative strength in the field of flexible support technology, and this project becomes another example of overcoming the dual challenges of cost control and complex scenario adaptation.
As one of the key new energy projects promoted in Huinong District, Ningxia, Boyang Energy has overcome the construction of 15036.8kWp photovoltaic matrix through the "design procurement construction" full chain general contracting model.
The project adopts 10kV high-voltage access technology, synchronously supporting the construction of some production plants and flexible support systems, achieving three major breakthroughs in complex scenarios:
10kV grid connection: Adopting the mode of "block generation, on-site grid connection, and 10kV access", the annual average power generation can reach 21 million kWh, with an annual revenue of over 5.4 million yuan, significantly improving the stability of the regional power grid;
Collaborative cost reduction through large-scale EPC: Relying on the general contracting model to coordinate resources, the comprehensive cost of the flexible support system is controlled within 2.59 yuan/watt, reducing the amount of steel and earthwork compared to traditional solutions, and achieving the cost advantage of electricity per kilowatt hour throughout the entire life cycle;
Space composite utilization: In response to the existing building distribution and 5-meter clearance requirements in the site area, a single cable span of 22 meters ultra large span flexible support is adopted to meet the functional needs of the factory building and create ecological compatibility conditions for the restoration of vegetation under the slab. The annual carbon reduction is equivalent to saving 6300 tons of standard coal, which helps promote the coordinated development of rural revitalization and low-carbon transformation in the Huinong area.
The successful implementation of this project not only validates the feasibility of flexible support technology in complex terrain conditions, but also sets a new industry benchmark for "technology cost reduction, rapid deployment, and ecological compatibility" in new energy projects.
